Baheen Tower, Marafid Tower on the canal and Al Durrah Tower in Marina Square are its three buildings on this site, and they are separate projects, each with its own page, price list, layouts and figures. Al Durrah Tower was bought whole by Foster Developers from its previous owner, Aabar Properties, and renovated before its homes went on sale one by one.
